The Saigon International University officially informs all students about the seminar on “The essential legal cases every student should know” presented by Dr. Pham Quy Ty, former Deputy Minister of Justice, former Chief Justice of the Hanoi People’s Court, former Deputy Chairman of the Judiciary Committee under the National Assembly, and former Member of the National Assembly X, XI, XII.
